Implementation Period: Winter 2026
Location: Sediq Akbar Madrasa, Kalakan Village, Kabul Province, Afghanistan
During the winter of 2026, Rushd Charity Foundation organized a Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) course at Sediq Akbar Madrasa in Kalakan Village, Kabul Province.
Approximately 200 students participated in the program and learned about the life, noble character, conduct, and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The course aimed to strengthen children's religious and moral education while making meaningful use of the winter school break, helping students develop a deeper understanding of the Prophet's Seerah and Islamic values.
At the conclusion of the course, participants completed a final examination. Rushd Charity Foundation then organized an award ceremony to recognize the students' achievements. Awards and certificates were presented to the top-performing students, while several other students with outstanding performance also received certificates and prizes in recognition of their dedication and effort.
The program was designed to encourage children to learn more about the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), inspire continued learning, and promote a spirit of healthy academic competition. Through initiatives like this, Rushd Charity Foundation remains committed to supporting the educational, moral, and spiritual development of children in Afghanistan.
