In 2022, before the official registration of Rushd Charity Foundation, the foundation's founders and volunteer team, with financial support from Peaceland Foundation, implemented a humanitarian food assistance program for vulnerable families in Kabul Province and the Babus area of Logar Province.
Under this initiative, 500 vulnerable families received food packages containing flour, cooking oil, beans, and other essential food items. The assistance was provided in response to increasing poverty, unemployment, and rising food prices, which had significantly affected the ability of many families to meet their basic needs.
The program was implemented to strengthen food security, reduce economic hardship, and provide assistance while preserving the dignity and respect of all beneficiaries.
