The Rushd Charity Foundation began with a dream: a dream that no Afghan child should be deprived of the blessing of education and a dignified life because of poverty.
We believe that every great change always begins with a small step — a step taken by supporting orphans, helping needy students, and creating educational opportunities. At Rushd Foundation, our goal is not merely today’s charity, but an investment in tomorrow — a tomorrow where every student can, through knowledge, ethics, and hard work, become a beacon of hope for their family and society.
The Rushd Charity Foundation was established in 1401 Hijri Shamsi (2022) with the support of philanthropists and committed youth, and with official authorization from the Ministry of Justice of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. From the very beginning, all activities of the Foundation have been based on the noble values of Islam and the laws of the country.
Our motivation was simple yet profound: to support the underprivileged and to strive for poverty reduction, whether through direct aid or by creating sustainable employment opportunities. Rushd Foundation firmly believes that Afghanistan’s bright future depends on the education of its young generation; therefore, in coordination with relevant authorities, it provides educational opportunities for needy youth.
In addition, the Rushd Foundation has always endeavored to attract humanitarian support from both domestic and international organizations to serve as a genuine helper for those who are truly in need.
